Celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2009, Vermont Children’s Aid Society is a private not-for-profit organization headquartered in Winooski, Vermont. Professional staff has been supporting and strengthening families since 1919 through a variety of programs including post-adoption support services and counseling, Camp ForMe for adopted children and teens, and Kids-A-Part services for families affected by a parent’s incarceration. VCAS services support and strengthen families, and promote safe, stable, and nurturing environments for children.

VCAS is a member of five United Way chapters in Vermont and the Child Welfare League of America, and is a recipient of the Better Business Bureau’s Charity Seal.
